Litha is the celebration of the summer solstice and the sun at its peak. Honey jars can symbolize abundance, sweetness, and the reward of sustained light and labor. Honey, born from flowers ripened under long summer days, reflects the richness and vitality of the season, capturing sunlight in a golden, enduring form.
This is a 3-hour hand-building session that is a part of our Wheel of the Year series. You will learn the basics of hand-building in celebration of the season. No prior experience needed – your instructor will guide you through the techniques, and will be around to answer questions and offer tips and tricks.
